Hyphen Labs Solutions Pvt. Ltd., (“Hyphen Labs”, “we” or “us”) is a web applications company. This user terms ("Policy") is in reference to our product ‘Crowdnub’, and shall apply with the Privacy Policy also available on Hyphen Labs’s Web-site (“Site”). Hyphen Labs provides this Site (in these terms we call this site and any successor websites, and any software provided by Hyphen Labs for use with the Site) to You subject to these terms and conditions of use (“Terms” or “Agreement”). If You do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, You may not use the Site.

This Site is not intended to be used by children. Users must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use this Site. Subscribers and Sponsors must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create a Crowdnub account and you agree to be in compliance with the laws of the country that apply to you. Crowdnub reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion. If we do so, we will notify you at the email address you provide in your registration information or by other means identified in these Terms. If You do not agree with the changes, You can cancel your account with us without further obligation, except any amount due if applicable. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. You should from time to time review the Terms and any policies and documents incorporated in them to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site. However, Hyphen Labs LLC reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Hyphen Labs LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. Hyphen Labs LLC reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Hyphen Labs LLC's sole discretion. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

Hyphen Labs LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Hyphen Labs LLC Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL Hyphen Labs LLC administers this Site from its offices in Columbia, MD. Use of the Hyphen Labs LLC Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Hyphen Labs LLC as a result of this agreement or use of the Hyphen Labs LLC Web Site. Hyphen Labs LLC's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Hyphen Labs LLC's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Hyphen Labs LLC Web Site or information provided to or gathered by Hyphen Labs LLC with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
